Directions for Christmas Chocolate Bundt Cake
- First of all, preheat your oven to 350 degrees, next grease and flour your Bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in all ingredients and fold in together
- Then on medium speed, beat your cake mix for 2 minutes, when done pour into your Bundt pan.
- Cook for 55-60 minutes, I use a clean toothpick to see if the cake is done. Simply put the toothpick in the cake, if it comes out clean, it is done, if it doesn’t, add a few more minutes and check again.
LET THE CAKE COOL before removing from pan, one year I rushed it and this is what I got, was an easy fix with toothpicks but still, just be patient! Have a glass of wine and wait.
How to decorate your Christmas Chocolate Bundt Cake
Making this Christmas chocolate Bundt cake pretty is so easy! Grab your flour sifter, powdered sugar and your favorite Christmas sprinkles. I have my vintage Bromwell sifter with little red apples that I just love. It was gifted to me when I was selling vintage goodies one day by another vendor, I had to cross my heart I would never sell it, it had been her grandmas. Is that so sweet?
Simply sift your powdered sugar on top of your Bundt cake, add some Christmas sprinkles on top and voila!! You have a snowy Christmas cake.
